How do I place an order?

Placing an order is simple:

  • Choose your length (32, 33, 34 or 35 in) and grip (Standard or Mid).

Do I need an account to order?

No, you can check out as a guest. Creating an account allows you to track orders, save preferences, and access your order history more easily.

How do I track my order?

Every order ships free by express courier, worldwide, with tracking. Once your order ships, you will receive a confirmation email with a tracking link. For more details, please review our Shipping Policy.

Do you ship to P.O. Boxes?

At this time we do not ship to P.O. Boxes. Please provide a full street address for delivery.

How are ONE O EIGHT / CYCLUX putters made?

CYCLUX heads are CNC-milled from SUS303 stainless steel with Zero Point Control™ alignment built into the head. Globally sourced components, with final engraving, assembly, adjustment, inspection, and packaging managed in Korea. Every putter is inspected before it ships.

How do I choose the right putter length?

Most golfers fit within the 33"–35" range:

  • 33"–34": Players with a more compact posture or eyes directly over the ball.
  • 34"–35": Players with a taller posture or more upright stance.

If unsure, we recommend starting with 34" and adjusting based on comfort and stroke consistency.

How do I change the head weight?

Every CYCLUX 3.1 putter ships with one standard rear module, and every head accepts all five modules (MOD1–MOD5). The head is 11 oz (310 g); the module sets the final head weight:

  • MOD1 – 1.4 oz (40 g), stainless steel
  • MOD2 – 1.9 oz (55 g), stainless steel
  • MOD3 – 2.2 oz (62 g), stainless steel
  • MOD4 – 1.8 oz (50 g), aluminum
  • MOD5 – 2.2 oz (62 g), aluminum

Which payment methods do you accept?

How is sales tax applied?

Sales tax is calculated at checkout based on your shipping address and local regulations. International orders may be subject to import duties and taxes.

Can I return a putter?
