ONE O EIGHT INC. (β€œwe,” β€œus,” β€œour”) fulfills all orders from our distribution center in Daegu, South Korea. By placing an order on our Website, you agree to the following Shipping Terms.


1. ORDER CONFIRMATION & PROCESSING TIME

  • Orders are processed within 2–3 business days after full payment is received.
  • You will receive an order confirmation email, followed by a shipping confirmation with tracking information once dispatched.
  • Orders placed during holidays, promotions, or high-demand periods may experience slight delays.
  • Pre-order items follow the estimated shipping date stated on the product page.

2. SHIPPING METHODS & ESTIMATED DELIVERY TIMES

We ship worldwide using premium carriers such as DHL Express, EMS Premium, FedEx, or UPS, depending on destination and service availability.

  • United States: 5–10 business days (Standard), 3–5 business days (Expedited)
  • Canada: 5–12 business days
  • Europe (EU/UK): 5–12 business days
  • Australia / New Zealand: 5–10 business days
  • Japan: 3–6 business days
  • Singapore / Southeast Asia: 4–8 business days
  • Middle East: 6–12 business days
  • South Korea (Domestic): 1–3 business days

These timeframes are estimates only. Weather conditions, customs processing, or carrier delays may extend delivery times.

3. SHIPPING COSTS

  • Shipping fees are calculated at checkout based on destination, weight, and service level.
  • Occasional promotional free shipping may apply, as stated on the Website.

4. CUSTOMS, DUTIES & TAXES

  • International shipments may be subject to customs inspections, import duties, VAT, and taxes.
  • These charges are not included in product prices or shipping fees.
  • The buyer is responsible for all applicable customs duties and taxes.
  • We cannot mark shipments as β€œgift” or undervalue orders due to legal restrictions.

5. TRACKING INFORMATION

  • All shipped orders include a tracking number.
  • Please allow up to 24 hours for tracking updates.

6. LOST, DELAYED, OR DAMAGED PACKAGES

  • We are not responsible for delays caused by carriers, incorrect addresses, or customs processing.
  • If an item arrives damaged, contact us within 48 hours with photos.
  • We will assist with carrier claims where applicable.
  • Once a package is marked β€œDelivered” by the carrier, replacements cannot be guaranteed.

7. PRE-ORDER SHIPPING TERMS

  • Pre-order items ship according to the estimated date on the product page.
  • Shipping dates may change due to production or logistics conditions.
  • Customers will be notified of significant delays.

8. CHANGES TO SHIPPING INFORMATION

  • Shipping addresses cannot be changed after an order has shipped.

9. RETURNS & EXCHANGES

All returns must follow our Refund & Return Policy. Return shipping fees are generally the customer’s responsibility unless the return is due to our error.
