ONE O EIGHT INC. (βwe,β βus,β βourβ) fulfills all orders from our distribution center in Daegu, South Korea. By placing an order on our Website, you agree to the following Shipping Terms.
1. ORDER CONFIRMATION & PROCESSING TIME
- Orders are processed within 2β3 business days after full payment is received.
- You will receive an order confirmation email, followed by a shipping confirmation with tracking information once dispatched.
- Orders placed during holidays, promotions, or high-demand periods may experience slight delays.
- Pre-order items follow the estimated shipping date stated on the product page.
2. SHIPPING METHODS & ESTIMATED DELIVERY TIMES
We ship worldwide using premium carriers such as DHL Express, EMS Premium, FedEx, or UPS, depending on destination and service availability.
- United States: 5β10 business days (Standard), 3β5 business days (Expedited)
- Canada: 5β12 business days
- Europe (EU/UK): 5β12 business days
- Australia / New Zealand: 5β10 business days

3. SHIPPING COSTS
- Shipping fees are calculated at checkout based on destination, weight, and service level.
- Occasional promotional free shipping may apply, as stated on the Website.
4. CUSTOMS, DUTIES & TAXES
- International shipments may be subject to customs inspections, import duties, VAT, and taxes.
- These charges are not included in product prices or shipping fees.

5. TRACKING INFORMATION

6. LOST, DELAYED, OR DAMAGED PACKAGES
- We are not responsible for delays caused by carriers, incorrect addresses, or customs processing.
- If an item arrives damaged, contact us within 48 hours with photos.
- We will assist with carrier claims where applicable.
- Once a package is marked βDeliveredβ by the carrier, replacements cannot be guaranteed.
