ONE O EIGHT (β€œwe”, β€œus”) operates www.108golf.com (β€œWebsite”).
All orders are fulfilled and shipped directly from our distribution center in South Korea.
By placing an order, you agree to the following terms:

1. ORDER CONFIRMATION & PROCESSING TIME

  • Orders are processed within 2–3 business days after payment confirmation.

  • An order confirmation email will be sent with full order details.

2. SHIPPING COSTS & FREE SHIPPING

  • United States: Free standard shipping on all orders. Estimated delivery: 5–10 business days (via DHL, EMS, or FedEx). Expedited shipping (3–5 business days) is available at checkout for an additional fee.

  • Other Countries: Shipping cost is calculated at checkout based on destination, weight, and size. Duties, VAT, and import taxes are not included and remain the customer’s responsibility.

3. DELIVERY

  • Domestic (Korea): Average 1–3 business days.

  • International: Average 5–22 business days, depending on courier and destination.

4. ADDRESS CHANGES

  • Address changes must be requested before dispatch.

  • Any changes after shipment may incur additional courier fees.

5. RETURNS & EXCHANGES

  • Returns are accepted within 30 days of receipt if products are unused, unwashed, and in original condition.

  • Customers are responsible for return shipping to Korea, unless the item is defective or incorrect.

  • International customers must follow the return instructions provided by ONE O EIGHT.

6. TAXES & DUTIES

  • Korean VAT is included in domestic orders.

  • For international orders, duties, VAT, and import taxes are not included and must be paid by the customer upon delivery.

7. INSURANCE & DAMAGES

  • All shipments include basic courier insurance.

  • If items are damaged in transit, contact us immediately at info@108golf.com with photos. Refunds or replacements will be processed after the courier’s investigation.

8. TRACKING INFORMATION

  • Once shipped, a tracking link will be emailed to you.

  • Please add info@108golf.com to your safe sender list to ensure you receive all notifications.
