ONE O EIGHT Performance Guarantee Policy

Thank you for choosing ONE O EIGHT.
We design and build precision-engineered golf putters, accessories, and premium products focused on alignment, balance, and performance.

Because many ONE O EIGHT products are custom-built or individually finished, we do not follow mass-market return practices.
Instead, we offer a 30-Day Performance Guarantee to ensure confidence in your purchase.


1. Performance Guarantee Overview

  • 30-Day Performance Guarantee β€” Performance concerns may be reported within 30 days of delivery.

  • This guarantee applies to alignment, balance, and overall performance, not short-term trials or temporary use.

  • Customers are responsible for return shipping costs unless the item is defective or incorrect.

  • All requests must be approved in advance through our RMA (Return Merchandise Authorization) process.

Because many products are custom-built or finished, cash refunds are not offered for used, assembled, or customized items.


2. Products Covered

This policy applies to eligible products purchased directly from ONE O EIGHT:

  • Golf putters, including CNC-milled putters from the ONE O EIGHT or CYCLUX line

  • Putter heads, grips, headcovers, and accessories

  • Digital or physical fitting tools


3. Eligibility for Service-Based Resolution

To qualify for return consideration or performance service:

  • Items must be unused, unassembled, and unaltered, with original packaging intact

  • Any signs of use, wear, scratches, shaft insertion, grip installation, or engraving void eligibility for cash refund

  • All original contents must be included (headcover, accessories, documentation, packaging)


4. Items Not Eligible for Cash Refunds

  • Customized or engraved putters

  • Any product showing signs of use or assembly

  • Clearance, final-sale, or special promotion items

  • Digital products once delivered


5. How to Request Service (RMA Process)

Please email our support team with the following information:

  • Order number

  • Name and contact information

  • Description of the performance concern

  • Photos of the product and packaging (if applicable)

After approval, you will receive shipping instructions or a return label, if applicable.


6. Fulfillment & Inspection Process

  • All approved returns or service items must be shipped to our fulfillment center

  • Unauthorized returns or freight-collect shipments will be refused

  • Inspection typically requires 7–14 business days


7. Resolution Under the Performance Guarantee

If a product qualifies under our Performance Guarantee, resolution may include:

  • Adjustment (lie, length, balance)

  • Rebuild or modification

  • Model exchange

  • Store credit (case by case)

Performance satisfaction is guaranteed through service-based solutions, not automatic cash refunds.


8. Exchanges

Exchanges are accepted only for unused and unassembled products that meet full eligibility conditions.


9. Defective, Damaged, or Incorrect Items

  • Report any issue within 7 days of delivery

  • Provide photos or video evidence

  • Defective or incorrect items will be repaired or replaced at no additional cost


10. International Orders

  • International customers are responsible for customs duties, import taxes, and return shipping costs unless the item is defective

  • Shipping fees are non-refundable

  • Refused or unclaimed packages may incur shipping deductions


11. Policy Changes

ONE O EIGHT reserves the right to modify this policy at any time.
Any updates will be posted on this page, and customers are encouraged to review the policy before purchasing.


12. Pre-Order Notice

Some ONE O EIGHT products may be offered as Pre-Order items.

  • Pre-order items are built after order and ship once production is completed

  • Estimated shipping timelines will be clearly stated on each product page

  • Pre-order items cannot be canceled once production begins

  • If an order contains both in-stock and pre-order items, shipment timing may vary unless otherwise specified

By placing an order, you acknowledge that this product may be custom-built or finished specifically for you. Performance satisfaction is guaranteed through service-based solutions, not cash reimbursement.
