GOLF CLUBS & BAGS

Returns must be requested within 30 days of receiving the item.

A maximum of five (5) clubs may be lightly used on a turf mat or non-abrasive surface.

Modified clubs (painting, re-shafting, re-gripping, loft/lie adjustments) are not eligible for return, exchange, or warranty.

Customers are responsible for return shipping costs to South Korea, unless the item is defective or incorrect.

Refunds will be processed within 2β3 weeks after items are received and inspected at our Korea HQ.
LIGHTLY USED & PRE-OWNED EQUIPMENT

Final Sale: not eligible for return or exchange.

Protected against manufacturing defects for 6 months.

Customers must arrange and pay for their own return shipping to Korea.
WEARABLES (Gloves, Belts, Hats)

Eligible for exchange or store credit only.

Must be unused, unwashed, unworn, and in original packaging.
GIFT CARDS

Refundable within 30 days to the original payment method.

Cannot be redeemed for cash.
REFUNDS
Processing Time
Once your return is received in Korea and inspected, you will be notified of approval or rejection. Refunds may take up to 30 days after receipt of the return shipment.

Credit will automatically be applied to your original method of payment only.

Korean customers: Return shipping costs covered if the product is defective or incorrect.

U.S. and international customers: Responsible for their own return shipping to Korea.

Duties, taxes, and import fees are non-refundable.

ONE O EIGHT is not responsible for items lost, stolen, or damaged during international transit. Partial refunds may apply depending on condition.
