SECTION 2 β WARRANTY COVERAGE & DURATION
At ONE O EIGHT Golf, we stand behind our craftsmanship.
We offer a 1-Year (12 months) Limited Warranty from the date of purchase, covering:
- β Manufacturing defects
- β Material flaws
- β Workmanship issues
Each case is reviewed individually to determine eligibility.
SECTION 3 β PROOF OF PURCHASE REQUIREMENT
A valid proof of purchase (order confirmation, invoice, or receipt) is required to process warranty claims.
SECTION 4 β WARRANTY ELIGIBILITY
Warranty applies only to products purchased directly from www.108golf.com or authorized retailers.
Products altered (e.g., re-shafted, re-gripped, painted, or loft/lie adjusted) are not eligible.
SECTION 5 β EXCLUSIONS
This warranty does not cover:
- Normal wear and tear
- Cosmetic blemishes (scratches, dings, chips)
- Damage caused by misuse, neglect, accidents, or improper storage
- Products purchased as Final Sale or Pre-Owned

- Our support team will provide return instructions.
- Customer pays return shipping unless the item is confirmed defective.
- Once inspected, ONE O EIGHT will repair, replace, or refund at its sole discretion.
SECTION 7 β LIMITATION OF LIABILITY
ONE O EIGHT shall not be liable for incidental or consequential damages.
Remedy under this warranty is limited exclusively to repair, replacement, or refund.

This warranty is governed by the laws of the State of New Jersey, USA (specifically Morris Township, NJ 07960), where ONE O EIGHT products are shipped and inspected.
